ARÔMS NATUR launches a supportive initiative focused on the unsung heroes who every day go out to work in the different sectors considered as essential, to ensure that the population is supplied with different services necessary for daily life while staying at home. It is an emotional action that seeks to entertain the “confined” users and make them aware of our products and about how they can help them.

TERRITORIAL SCOPE AND DURATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES

This is a nationwide action.

Weekly sweepstakes shall be held, resulting in 4 winners per week, while the State of Alarm lasts. Results shall be published through digital channels on the platforms where the brand is present.

COMMUNICATION CONCERNING THE SWEEPSTAKES

This sweepstakes shall be published in the digital platforms such as the Company’s websites and its Social Networks, as well as through e-mail marketing for its database.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Natural persons over 18 years of age who have established their legal residence in Spain may participate.

The owners, employees, and family members (up to the second degree) or collaborators of the intermediary supplier companies cannot participate in this SWEEPSTAKES. Furthermore, INTERSA S.A. reserves the right to exercise any action it deems appropriate in order to prevent speculation or business systems from being established on this SWEEPSTAKES. Participation in this SWEEPSTAKES implies full acceptance of these terms.

In the event that any of the persons excluded from participation are awarded, they shall lose their right to obtain the gift voucher.

SWEEPSTAKES MECHANICS

The participating user must mention a person of their choice who is in the front line against COVID-19, explaining why they believe this person deserves the prize. The participating user and the mentioned person must follow us and click “Like” to the post about the SOLIDARITY GIFT so that we can contact each other.

We will contact the prize winners privately to make the arrangements for the reception of the prize. There is no limit to the number of participations or user mentions. Arôms Natur reserves the right to reject any participation that it believes may not be in line with the purpose of the sweepstakes.

Every week, ARÔMS NATUR shall randomly select 4 winners among all the participants. Participation is open from 30 March until 19 April 2020.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

Winner’s announcement shall be made through the same participation platforms of social networks. It shall be published both in the status called Stories and in the pages' profile posting section. Winner’s announcement will be on 20 April 2020.

PRIZE

The correct participation in this SWEEPSTAKES implies receiving a gift from the Arôms Natur Line adapted to the needs of the winner. This gift must be in stock in our warehouses. Otherwise, a different gift related to the winner and informed to Arôms Natur by them can be sent.

Each winner shall make correct use of the product sent. Otherwise, Arôms Natur shall not be liable for any alleged malfunction of the product.

CONTROL AND SECURITY RULES

Arôms Natur reserves the right to take all measures necessary to prevent any conduct that Arôms Natur suspects to be intended as any attempt to commit fraud in this promotion or in breach of its rules or to the detriment of other participants. The first and immediate consequence of these actions shall be the exclusion of the participant and the loss of any right to the prize that they may have received.

Creating or having more than one Instagram profile is prohibited. Arôms Natur reserves the right to invalidate, delete or ignore those profiles suspected of any fraudulent participation attempt, including but not limited to attempting to register more than one Instagram user profile by an individual, creating fake profiles or identity theft. Likewise, Arôms Natur shall inform the company responsible for the Instagram platform, so that it can take the appropriate measures. Additionally, Arôms Natur reserves the right to take any applicable legal action.

Arôms Natur reserves the right to reject and exclude from the sweepstakes any response sent by users when it considers it appropriate.

Arôms Natur reserves the right to exclude entries containing pornographic or explicitly sexual elements.

Limitation of liability

- Arôms Natur shall not be liable for any interruptions or failures on the Internet, on the website https://www.Instagram.com/aromsnatur/, the wired network, the electronic communication networks, software or hardware failures, nor for any errors in the entry and/or processing of responses, deliveries, or personal data. In the event that this type of problem or incident occurs, Arôms Natur shall take all possible steps to correct it as soon as possible, but it cannot accept any liability in this regard.

- Arôms Natur shall not be liable for any damages of any kind which, despite the security measures adopted, may be due to the improper use of the services and contents by the users, and in particular, although not exclusively, for the damages which may be due to the impersonation of a third party by a user.

Other rules of the promotion

Participation in this sweepstakes implies the acceptance of these Conditions in their entirety and the interpretation criteria of Arôms Natur as regards the resolution of any issue arising from this sweepstakes. For that reason, the declaration, in the sense of not accepting them, shall imply the exclusion of the participant. Consequently, Arôms Natur shall be released from the fulfillment of any obligation undertaken with them.

Arôms Natur reserves the right to make changes to the mechanics or operation of this Promotion at any time and/or to terminate it in advance if necessary for justified reasons, without any liability. However, these changes shall be duly communicated through the contest website https://www.Instagram.com/aromsnatur/ and, if necessary, other means. The company shall make every effort to prevent any changes from being detrimental to some participants compared to others.

By participating in this promotion, you acknowledge and agree that the intellectual property rights on the materials in this promotion belong to Arôms Natur. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution or transformation of any advertising or promotional materials is an infringement of the owner’s intellectual property rights.

Data Protection

By participating in this sweepstakes you consent to have the data provided included in a file owned by Dietéticos Intersa, S.A. for managing your participation in the sweepstakes and for additional communications from the brand and companies involved in this sweepstakes. This data is protected and shall never under any circumstances be transferred to third parties.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, the voluntary sending of personal data (including e-mail) to participate in this sweepstakes implies the consent of the participant so that INTERSA, by itself or through other entities that carry out the management or processing of the data, treat them in an automated way with the purpose of advertising, commercial research, being able to include this data in an automated file and of which it shall be responsible for communicating with the participant in the future, authorizing the use of this means for receiving commercial communications from INTERSA in relation to the products and services that it provides in the online sales area, as well as participating in this promotion. Interpretation of the conditions and conflict resolution

Interpretation and non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy resulting from the interpretation or compliance with these conditions shall be filed with the Courts and Tribunals.
